Transactions are taking more than 30 sec to process in Peoplesoft while earlier it took ~10sec

Hello PS Experts!!

We are currently observing slowness in the average response time within PeopleSoft while processing transactions. As part of our root cause analysis, I noticed a recurring pattern in the trace files that might be relevant.

Specifically, during a single test run via handler tester, the system experienced 21 disconnection events(number of disconnection is not same for all transactions), where it had to reopen the cursor to reconnect. While the disconnect/reconnect duration is typically around 0.8 seconds, in some instances it extended to over 3 seconds, as shown in the snippet below.
