Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Issue with WSL

We recently upgraded and moved to new HW and lost WSL connectivity. The ports are open. I could telnet to that host on that port.

I cannot connect to Application Designer in 3-tier mode. Can't see anything in appserver logs

Any ideas?

Moved form 8.59 to 8.61 and AIX 7.2 to Linux 9
