Workflow Background Process issue - Cant locate WF item in Status monitor

Hello,

I have a workflow which is used to create new organisation records (HZ_parties) as part of CRM system.

Steps

1. create a task to create a new organisation

2. run the wf background process

3. check in status monitor for the wf item, Issue is I cant find it, Seems the WF is not getting triggered.

This used to work fine till last week.

Any ideas?
