Browser cache issues after PeopleTools upgrade
Hello community,
We just completed an upgrade to PeopleTools 8.61. As is common with PT or PUM upgrades, our service desk was flooded with calls from users who got errors when they next tried to go to PeopleSoft. The errors were resolved by having users clear their browser cache. This is a nightmare each time we do an upgrade. Even when we send out proactive emails telling users they'll need to clear cache next time they go to PeopleSoft, the service desk still gets flooded with calls because people don't read emails. How do you handle these
