APP-IEU-241075 Error When Selecting Task With Contract Header Source Document

I am getting the exact error highlighted in "APP-IEU-241075 Error When Selecting Task With Contract Header Source Document (Doc ID 779381.1)"

It says to Change the default action for source type "Party" to "Task Manager" instead of "Oracle Telesales" under (N) Work Launch screen.

Where is this 'Work Launch Screen'? And where do i change the source type? I think i am missing this. Can someone please share screenshot of this form? Neither "Collections Agent" nor "Collections Administrator" have this form. I am trying to figure out if this menu is disabled on my side.

Please help by screenshot or a detailed navigation to get rid of this error.
