Not able to use snmp V3

Hi patched the system from SRU80 to SRU83. After the patch, we are not able to use snmp V3. It keeps randomly switch on/off the alarms on PRTG monitoring tool, so it seems there is something wrong with the communication when V3 is used. Switching to V2 everything works as anticipated. SNMP V3 was working fine on SRU80

I can see that there was introduced changes to SNMP in SRU81, and we are using the workaround in the zones, starting SNMP with the -r option in order to get SNPM running in the zones.
