Match Exception Collaboration Notifications

PeopleSoft Image 50, PeopleTools 8.60.17

We would like to turn off notifications generated by the MECC/matching process.

We found the below, but neither option seems to address the issue.

Goal

Implemented Match Exception Collaboration Center (MECC). Turned off the Email Notifications for MECC.  However, e-mails are still being sent out.

What is the setup to stop e-mails notifications from being sent when Matching is run?
