2nd Application and Process Scheduler - Miscellaneous Questions

Using PEOPLETOOLS 8.61, FS/SCM 9.2 (recent PUM)

We're looking into setting up a 2nd Application and Process Scheduler for Failover / Performance. We don't currently have a burning need to setup a 2nd web server (it's barely used even with lots of IB activity and many users).

REN SERVER - Special Configuration

Do we need to setup a 2nd REN server when adding 2nd application server? How would we even tie the 2nd ren server to the 2nd server?

REPORT NODE - Special Configuration

Do we need to setup a 2nd report node to post process scheduler outputs generated on the 2nd server?
