Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Have anyone experienced migrating and upgrading database from 12.1.0.2.0(non-CDB)on-prem to 19c(CDB) OCI?

Can anyone suggest strategies using RMAN to migrate and upgrade 12.1c(CDB) to 19c(CDB)
