BI_PRNXPN01 - add email to template

We would like to replace the telephone # (BILL_INQUIRY_PHONE) on template BI_PRNXPN01 to email (EXT_EMAIL_ADDR) .When we change it the email is not populated -instead we get a blank

Is there an updated template where we can use the email on Billing Specialist(PS_BI_SPECIALIST) rather than the Bill Telephone - or is this restricted to fields in BI_HDR?
