Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Version R12.2.9

The Dunning letters program: IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers is not picking the overdue Debit Memos.

Please let us know why overdue DM are not picking by the program.
