How do you print a page from PeopleSoft?

We have a custom page (questionnaire) that we have developed within PeopleSoft HCM. Is there a recommended way to print the page where the page prints as displayed within the application? Is there a way to include a print button (with code behind the button) on the page in order to print the page? I am aware we can use BI Publisher to print the data fields from the page, but we would like an exact representation of the questionnaire displayed to the user.

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 (HCM) through Image #42 (PeopleTools 8.60).
