Dunning Letters program: IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers is picking incomplete AR Debit Memos and the output of report :Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process is showing incomplete Debit memos as well.

Pls let us know why incomplete DBs are showing in report: Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process
