Why does receipt show as a "Receipts at Risk" on Credit Case Folder when it has a status of Cleared.

It is also affecting a credit scoring model we want to implement as the Receipts at Risk is causing an inflated amount in the Credit Exposure data point.

Any ideas or experiences would be helpful. thanks
