Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.6112 notice change in PYCYCL_MGR page

On Oracle Peoplesoft 9.2

The PYCYCL_MGR page has moved its Group Box, Field LABEL_FLD from Level 0 to 1. Also added two new Group Boxes GRP_BOX1 and GRP_BOX2, each of these fields in their properties have Hide Border and Suppress Accessible Label checked off.

The pay cycle runs fine but the page looks different with these changes. Would like to know if these changes were due to Accessibility.
