EBS File Export is not working for APPSTAND form - EBS r12.2.10

Hello,

We have a custom form that is compiled, generated and deployed on the server, however, during the generate process, using frmcmp command, it gives following error:

Oracle Database 19c EE Extreme Perf Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
PL/SQL Version 10.1.0.5.0 (Production)
Oracle Procedure Builder V10.1.2.3.0 - Production
Oracle Virtual Graphics System Version 10.1.2.0.0 (Production)
Oracle Multimedia Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)
Oracle Tools Integration Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)
Oracle Tools Common Area Version 10.1.2.0.2
Oracle CORE 10.1.0.5.0 Production
FRM-18108: Failed to load the following objects.
