I can't log into my cloud account
I can't log into my cloud account where I have two instances for the following reasons:
- I don't remember the password
- I no longer have the associated email address
Is there any way to recover or reset my password? Is there any way to associate another email address with my account?
I have Oracle 2-factor enabled on my mobile device and I have information about my instances. Can that help solve my problem?
