Bulk budget check POs is failing after 12 transacations

We are using Buyers Workbench to bulk budget check POs. It runs ok for little bit. Like it process 12 POs then it dies. Kicks user out. Is there a threshold that needs setting?

We are on FSCM 9.2, PT 861.07. PI-41, Linux and Oracle
