ASNOut message started failing in RIB-RMS Hospital

Hi,

We found that there was a sudden failure in the ASNOut family messages in the RIB hospital with an error

No AdaptorComponent found in rib--plsql-api.xml for this Module/SubModule.

when i try to check the config file there is no recent changes been done on that everything look good there but the messages which are failing had type 'asnoutcre' but in the config file it had 'ASNOUTCRE' so as a temporary workaround i have updated it from small case to upper and it got processed but this small case was working earlier but all of sudden it started failing out of blue.
