PS Query output Format Issue

Hi All,

We are in PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and PeopleTools 8.54.

We have a scenario where the output format of the scheduled PS query is different from what was set during the scheduling time.

We have a PS Query, it was supposed to run on every monday 8:00 AM CST. we scheduled with setting the output format as File XLS and we have mentioned the output folder as well.

For the Run 1, it was fine we got the Excel File as output.

But from the Run 2, we are getting the output format as Web HTM.

No changes were done to the PS Query after scheduling.
