We are missing Action Buttons in Oracle EBS 12.2 for the Workflow Administrator

WE recently applied the patches for security alert CVE-2025-61882. Now our finance person no longer sees the action buttons to reassign notification ownership in Iexpense reports. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?
