Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am trying to figure out how to modify Toolbar for a RTE field to display "Source" Tool to edit the content of RTE entry in HTML editor.

Can anyone share guidance or resources related to modifying the toolbar. Thank you!
