In JDE the Purchase Order is received but not reflecting in Item Ledger?

I Received the Item but its not reflecting in Item ledger, I tried Routing its also not reflecting there. Similarly the Item was not having a primary location earlier before receiving and I used a secondary location. The Item reflects in Item Availability as 'In Transit' not in any other applications of JDE. Why is this Issue and if anyone could solve this issue Please share your Ideas.
