Info About High Availability and Failover for the EBS WLS Admin Server

In E-Business Suite 12.2.4, there can be many Application Tiers nodes behind a load balancer connecting to the E-Business Suite database. Each application tier node runs all services, except WLS Admin Server, which is running only on the primary node, making it a single point of failure.
