Unable to Upload the Pdf Resume to Taleo for Candidate creation

We are getting these errors in Taleo..

Error 1 - While uploading the PDF, we are getting the error as below

Error:

The file you have attached cannot be processed.

The resume parsing feature is not available currently. Please try again later.

Error2 - The upload is failing application workflow where it says “ Parse resume”

Appreciate any help ..
