Financial structure request

I need your assistance with a financial structure request I created in the Demo environment (PUM 52).The request line shows an Approved status, but the master request remains in In Progress status. I'm unsure what is missing for it to move to Complete status.

Additionally, the account has not been created in the GL_ACCOUNT_TBL, and I’m not sure what step is missing.Is there a process that needs to be executed, or could there be a missing step in the approval workflow?
