1099 Patch for 2025 - URGENT-

Hello,

As per the oracle document "For 1099 Reporting Year 2025, What Setup is Required to Implement the IRS Changes For Forms 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC? (Doc ID 3102721.1)" , there are some new setup introduced for Excess golden parachute payments. Is this setup required for all the customers who will be applying 1099 patch for 2025 ?
