Question on Billing Analysis tile- Insights in Fluid Billing WorkCentre

Hello,

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM 54. Per PeopleBooks, Billing analysis Dashboard under Insights(WorkCenter) shows bills by BU. I created 2 bills for same BU= US001. I can only see one invoice in the analysis dashboard. Both invoice data can be found in BI_HDR in NEW status. The only filter criteria used is BU= US001. Why is dashboard showing only 1 invoice? Is there any criteria based on which the data is pulled from record. Also, is the dashboard data displayed on real time basis ? That is, users can view the invoices as soon as they are added
