Inserting Images with URL References suddenly stopt working. Any idea why it stopt and how to fix?

I use creat RTF Templates Using the Template Builder for Word to make confirmation letters in Opera Cloud.

I used the url:{'http://www.example.com/images/ora_log.gif'} code in a dummie-image as descibed in the Guide (https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12211/bip/BIPRD/GUID-58D7E662-146A-44AA-86F9-111E2C6DB3A5.htm) and this worked like a charm.

Until somewhere near the end of march of this year; All of the sudden the confirmation letters that worked without fail until didn't load anymore. After removing the image code they loaded, but of course without displaying image. So the problem is in the connection with the image. But it doesn't matter to wich source I try to connect, either within Opera, of a public picture on the internet; it won't load.
