Dear Oracle Support Team,We are reporting that the "Error Received when reviewing payable time" issue persists even after applying fixes from PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Image 51.Applied Patches (PUM51):

  • Bug# 36892324
  • Bug# 36907497

Status:
The issue is not resolved. The error continues to occur, impacting [mention specific business impact, e.g., timely payroll processing].Oracle Documentation Note:
Our review of Oracle documentation indicates that the fix in PUM51 might be ineffective, with further patches scheduled for PUM52 (released May 23rd, 2025).Request:

  1. Confirm the known status of this issue and the PUM51 fix failure.
  2. Provide an immediate workaround until PUM52 patches are applied.
