Changing alternate search keys and list box items do not reflect?

We are in the process of upgrading to PeopleTools 8.61.11 PUM 052

We are trying to add additional alternate search keys and list box items to the DEPT_TBL which is the search table for component DEPARTMENT_TBL.

Our changes do not reflect when navigating:-

Menu >> Set Up HCM >> Foundation Tables >> Departments

We have cleared:-

Browser cache

Bounced servers and cleared cache

Purged the cache directories

This issue is also being experienced with other search records.

We have tried doing the same on our DEMO environment which is also on PeopleTools 8.61.11 PUM 052, changing existing fields to be alternate search keys or removing alternate search from an existing alternate search field reflects no changes when navigating to the department table.
