User trace files generated on application server after upgrade from Peopletools 8.60 to 8.62

Hello,

We use Peoplesoft for NA on-premise and are in the process of testing our upgrade from Peopletools 8.60 to 8.62. We've noticed that in the 8.62 environments, trace files are generated on the application server for users signing into the application and navigating to specific pages. The users aren't enabling tracing, and all trace settings in the application server config files are set to 0. We're working with our contractor and have raised an SR with Oracle but don't have a solution yet. We have numerous Writetolog() statements in custom Peoplecode, and log fence is set
