India Tax Details form 'Organization' and 'Location' fields are disable

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

The project user has reported that while creating a project invoice, the 'Organization' and 'Location' fields in the India Tax Details form within the Project module are disabled (greyed out). As a result, they are unable to fill Organization and Location fields, hence can't proceed with completing the invoice.

The functionality is working earlier, since today the issue has arise. Kindly suggest if any workaround is available.
