P4314 is demanding to activate Progress payment... We do not need that 9.2 Release 25

Hi,

JDE oracle 9.2 release 25. P4314 is giving an error when Progress payment Option is blank, is forcing to activate it, but it is a version for estandard voucher match. Why is it happening?

Any help would be appreciated it.
