I want to make a form personilzation on the Cycle count adjustment form

I I want to form personalization the Cycle Count adjustment form. If the adjustment amount exceeds a certain limit, the approved radio button should be disabled.

For Example - Item XYZ, System qty = 20, adjustment qty = 28 and the adjustment value 2600. In this case, the approve button

should be disabled.

Nav- Cycle count> Approve Cycle count
