in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hello Team,

Is there a feature/functionality to generate reports in Arabic language in PeopleSoft or store parallel records in Arabic? Records like journal tables, Voucher, voucher accounting, Billing invoice.
