New version of 1099 analyzer 200.4 report shows missing patches of bug #38342920, but it is applie

Hi Team,

We have completed the configuration as per doc ID Doc ID 3102721.1 in our non-prod instance, also installed the new version of 1099 analyzer (200.4) to validate the 1099 configuration. The report says, all the configurations are correct except the patch verification has 3 errors.

  1. Bug 38576864 - This is acceptable because we are doing validation through 1099 analyzer, not rrunning the report.
  2. Bug 38479968 - Annual 1099 patches for year 2025 which is schedule later this week - 11/14, so this one acceptable too
  3. Bug 38342920 - Pre-requisite patches for new 2025 IRS requirement for reporting - we applied the configuration then why this highlighted as error?

As per my understanding the fix of this bug# 38342920 is
