Notification Composer - Notification ID's/Events

Is there a way to delete configured Notification ID's and Notification Events for Notification Composer? This is about configuration and not the actual notifications generated.

We know "Inactive" status is an option, however, we really would like to know if they can be purged/deleted?

This document was somewhat useful - link, but it seems like it is for the actual notifications generated
