PT 8.61.09 Dedicated SOAP API gateway and Node for inbound messages is failing.

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

I have created Dedicated SOAP API gateway say TS_API gateway and Dedicated PIA node TS_API for peoplesoft inbound SOAP API synchronous messages. I have assigned TS_API gateway to TS_API node also created a Service operation TS_PING which get the database information and timestamp. Created a routing Sender node as Anonymous and receiving node as TS_API and defined gateway as TS_API gateway. Created the WSDL which is pointing to the right gateway TS_API and right node but when I play it in POSTMAN giving error .
