Reported Bug: RESTful Service Response Doesnt Have Actual Error Message When Workflow Has STOP Step

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

When Siebel workflow is exposed as a RESTful service and STOP step is used, for any error triggered, the actual error message does not appear in the response.
