Creating SR - can't upload logs files

Hi I have been trying to create a Sr

I could create one, but when I try to create the second one it fails to upload the log files. I get error: "Internal Error while uploading file"

I logged out/in, cleared cache, tried Edge - get the same error. waited over 1 hour..

I will call Support tel to log the SR. Support is active.
