Separate Mailer for Oracle Alert Emails - Oracle EBS R12.2.11

Has anyone successfully setup a mailer that only processes emails generated by Oracle Alerts?
We are hitting the Microsoft daily limits for sent emails primarily due to alert emails and are looking for a solution.
