Custom BI Publisher goes to error with "Output format TXT not supported for this report (235,2301)".

We have a custom proforma job which is getting scheduled through createprocessrequest peoplecode from other custom process. We have few BI Publisher processes under that proforma job and it is going to no success with (Output format TXT not supported for this report (235,2301) message.

Can you please guide me how OUTDESTFORMAT is getting assigned as 14 when it is inserting run control values into PS_PRCSRUNCNTLDTL.

INSERT INTO PS_PRCSRUNCNTLDTL (OPRID, RUNCNTLID, PRCSTYPE, PRCSNAME, OUTDESTTYPE, OUTDESTFORMAT, OUTDEST, PSRF_FOLDER_NAME,  PRCSFILENAME, EMAIL_WEB_RPT, EMAIL_LOG_FLAG, PT_RETENTIONDAYS, PT_OVRDFROMEMAILID) VALUES (:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8,:9,:10,:11,:12,:13)
