APY_AP1099 File total is showing a decimal place

We're using PeopleSoft 9.2 8.61 update 53.

When running the APY_AP1099 file, we are noticing a decimal place in the txt file (screenshot from test database):

When we ran the file before the patches for the update were applied, it did not have the decimal place:

Please advise if this is expected behavior with the new patch
