Get Comment in Custom Workflow

in Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC) Question

Database 19c (19.18.0.0.0)

I have a below custom workflow which is in read-only mode. I want user who is going to approve or reject this workflow, to enter comments (enterable field) and that entered comment should be updated in my custom table. Problem is how can I get what user entered in this field ?
