Product Certifications in the New My Oracle Support Cloud Portal

Looking for the Certification information in the new Support portal? Here are the steps:

  1. From the My Oracle Support homepage, click into the search bar and select "Patches and Product Certification Matrix"
  2. Close the Patch search pop-up that opens and on the main screen, click on the "Product Certification Matrix" tab.
  3. The "Product Certifications" pop-up will open on the right-side.
  4. Use the provided filters for: Product (required), Release (required), Platform (optional), and Certified With (optional).
