Accessing App designer for Peoplesoft OCI Instance

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hi,
I am working on a POC. I was able to successfully bring up an Peoplesoft FSCM OCI instance and able to login without issues. I am able to access the DB as well.

But I am stuck with accessing the app designer. I have the following folders/files copied into my local machine from the oci linux server.

  1. setupPTClient.bat
  2. source.properties
  3. client-862
  4. oracle-client

However when I run the setupptclient.bat file, it throws an error. Below is from the log file generated on my local machine.
