This is a single machine lab setup with the Primary and Physical Standby on the same machine.

Hostname - oracle-21c-vagrant

/opt/oracle/product/21c/dbhome_1 ← Primary (on the same machine as the Stand by.

/opt/oracle/product/21c/sos ← Standby (on the same machine as the Primary)

[oracle@oracle -21c-vagranttmp]$ env|grep ORA

ORACLE_SID=ORCLCDB

ORACLE_BASE=/opt/oracle

ORACLE_HOME=/opt/oracle/product/21c/dbhome_1
