Error on updating employee timecard approver - old one terminated

Hello,

i have an employee whose timecard approver has terminated. I am now trying to update the timecard approver to a new active person. I am getting this error:

ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST: N, VALUE, 681, N, SEGMENT, Timecard Approver, N, VALUESET, HR_US_TIMECARD_APPROVER

API: hr_assignment_api.update_us_emp_asg

How can I bypass this error? The error appears to be coming on the old timecard approver.
