Upgradation from R12.0.6

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

We plan to update to the most recent version from R12.0.6. Since we have implemented localization for India. I'd like to know which version is the most reliable.

Please let me know if there is a particular document or knowledge resource that provides additional insights.
